- Confirm and activate your program enrollment
- Deliver program materials, session links, and community access
- Communicate important updates related to your active program
- Issue your certificate of completion
- Improve our programs based on anonymized aggregate feedback
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information stays within Medixia.ai and the tools we use to deliver your program.
Data Retention & Your Rights
We retain your enrollment records for up to 3 years to support certificate verification and program continuity. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time after your program concludes.

Refund Policy
Medixia.ai offers structured, cohort-based training programs. Because program seats are limited and access to materials, community, and sessions is granted immediately upon enrollment, we operate under the following refund terms.
General Policy
All program fees are non-refundable once access has been granted. This includes access to the program community (Telegram or WhatsApp group), session scheduling confirmation, and delivery of onboarding materials.
Grace period: If you change your mind within 48 hours of enrollment — and before your first session or material delivery — you may request a full refund by contacting info@medixia.ai. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund.
Program Cancellation by Medixia
In the unlikely event that Medixia.ai cancels a program cohort before it begins, enrolled participants will receive a full refund within 7 business days, or the option to transfer to the next available cohort at no additional cost.
Program Rescheduling
If a session is rescheduled due to circumstances within Medixia's control, participants will be offered an alternative date. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Submit your request to info@medixia.ai within the 48-hour grace period with your full name, registered email, and enrollment confirmation number. We will respond within 2 business days.
Delivery Policy
Medixia.ai is a fully digital training and consulting company. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All programs, materials, and deliverables are provided electronically.
There is no physical shipping involved in any Medixia.ai purchase. No items will be dispatched by courier, mail, or any physical delivery method.
How Your Access is Delivered
Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive the following within 24 hours:
- A welcome email with your enrollment confirmation and program overview
- An invitation to your tier-specific private community (via Telegram or WhatsApp)
- Your session schedule and any preparatory materials
- Direct contact details for your program coordinator
Delivery Channels
Program delivery takes place through:
- Email — primary communication and document delivery
- WhatsApp or Telegram — community access and session reminders
- Live virtual or in-person sessions (as specified per program)
- Downloadable resources shared directly via the program platform
Certificate Delivery
Upon successful completion of your program, your certificate will be issued digitally and delivered to your registered email address within 5 business days of program conclusion.
